How to Watch Panthers at Buccaneers: Stream NFL Live, TV Channel – Sports Illustrated

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been playing like anything but a playoff team down the stretch of this season. Certainly not to the capacity that the Buccaneers have been playing at for the last two seasons. But none of that matters if they win today against the Carolina Panthers. Despite all of their regressions, if Tampa wins today they are NFC South champs once again and will host a playoff game. It might sound like a simple proposition but the Bucs struggled mightily in Carolina in the first matchup against the Panthers, losing 21-3. The Panthers have won four of their last six games and need to win out to have a shot at the playoffs. What a remarkable feat that would be after they traded Christian McCaffrey and fired former head coach Matt Rhule five games into the season.

The Buccaneers also struggled last week on Sunday Night Football against the Arizona Cardinals who are on their fourth quarterback of the season. Tampa was down 10 in the fourth quarter but was able to force overtime where Tom Brady was perfect in the extra frame to complete his 57th game-winning drive to win 19-16. The win ended a two-game losing streak and puts the Bucs in the driver's seat for the division.
The Panthers are 1-5 on the road this season but kept their playoff hopes alive last week getting a huge 37-23 win over the Detroit Lions. The Lions were no pushover either as Detroit won six of its last seven games. The Panthers dominated on the ground with D’Onta Foreman running for a career-high 165 yards and a touchdown. Chuba Hubbard also went for a career-high 125 yards. If this dynamic duo even rushes for half of that total, Carolina's playoff hopes are still very much alive.
