After the Ultimate Fighting Championship put on another exciting pay-per-view last Saturday, they are back in Las Vegas this week with an exciting set of bouts, including a couple of future title contenders, in another edition of Fight Night.
The main event on the night will be a Featherweight fight between Calvin Kattar and Arnold Allen.
Kattar comes into Saturday night as the No. 5-ranked fighter in the division, having won three of his last five fights. However, the Boston-native lost in his last bout in Austin, Texas in a split decision to Josh Emmett. This will be Kattar’s fifth-straight main event, and has a career record of 23-6, with 11 wins by knockout.
Speaking of 11, that is the number of consecutive wins Allen has heading into Sin City. The Englishman has not lost since 2014, and is coming off a win at Fight Night in his home country. The sixth-best Featherweight has a career record of 18-1, 10 of those wins via knockout or submission. This will be Allen’s first-ever main event in the UFC.
