In what can only be described as mean-spirited scheduling, the Raiders will be in Acrisure Stadium for the 50th anniversary of the Immaculate Reception on Christmas Eve. The Steelers and Raiders are both fighting for their playoff hopes in the AFC, and the two 6-8 teams will square off in a special presentation of Saturday night football.

For the Raiders, Derek Carr will try to lead them to their fifth win in six games, as they continue to scratch and claw in the AFC. This game comes on the heels of an absolute miracle victory last week, in which Chandler Jones staved off overtime by scoring off an attempted lateral play by the Patriots.
The Steelers, meanwhile, have their own host of issues to worry about. While Kenny Pickett has cleared concussion protocol and is expected to start, Pittsburgh (6-8) is juggling multiple injuries as it tries to avoid its first sub-.500 season under Mike Tomlin.
This game has the backdrop of a lot of history, and that will undoubtedly unfold on the NFL Network’s broadcast of it. Although the NFL Network doesn’t have something along the lines of Peacock or ESPN+, there are ways to watch it.
